A moment dedicated to health and prevention, with the participation of Dr. Silvio Antonio Marino, breast specialist at Poliambulatorio Physios

Prevention as an act of self-care, and a value to be promoted in the workplace as well. This is the message at the heart of the initiative organized by Crea-Si, which this year again has chosen to offer its female employees a breast examination and a breast ultrasound for Pink October, the international month dedicated to breast cancer prevention.

The company, founded in Rovereto sulla Secchia in 1989 and now based in Carpi, today (Wednesday, October 21) hosted an awareness event for its female staff with the participation of Dr. Silvio Antonio Marino, a physician specializing in breast care and gynecology who works with Poliambulatorio Physios in Rovereto sulla Secchia. He was invited to speak about the importance of early diagnosis and regular check-ups in safeguarding women’s health.

The initiative is part of an awareness program that Crea-Si has pursued for several years, in the belief that people’s well-being is a fundamental element of company culture. This commitment is especially meaningful for a business with a strong female presence, which over time has chosen to turn its attention to health into concrete action by offering its female colleagues opportunities for prevention.

“My desire to build a business touches many aspects of company life,” explains Gloria Trevisani, owner of Crea-Si. “I believe that health and prevention are fundamental to caring for the people with whom, side by side, we build our craft every day. Pink October has been, for several years now, an occasion on which we seek to contribute to spreading a culture of prevention. Dr. Marino’s presence strengthened the value of the event, underscoring the role of information and dialogue with specialists in guiding women toward informed choices about prevention.”
