We have reached the final stage of the fashion collection creation process, the production phase.
In the previous articles, we discussed the steps followed by Crea-Si concerning fashion designers’ projects: project analysis, 2D and 3D model design, prototype development, and sample production.
Once the sales campaign is completed, fitting sessions will be scheduled to make any necessary adjustments before starting the production.
Our goal is to create garments that not only meet the customer’s expectations but also satisfy the end consumers’ needs in terms of comfort, fit, and manufacturing quality.
During this phase, we create size developments based on the items sold and CAD placements to determine the required fabric for the production quantities.
Crea Si’s Production Network
At the beginning of production, a sample garment will be created and submitted to the client for approval before proceeding with the rest of the production. We have a network of trusted suppliers, and we ensure that every aspect of the process aligns with our commitment to quality, sustainability, and timely deliveries.
Thanks to our strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, we can manage multiple orders simultaneously and handle a wide range of quantities.
We constantly monitor all stages, both in terms of quality and timing, to ensure that we meet the agreed-upon delivery schedules with our customers.
