Project Analysis and Planning
We begin with a thorough analysis of your project. Together with the client, we define timelines, operational steps, and estimated costs. We provide clear and transparent quotes right from the start.
Fabric and Material Sourcing
We offer a material sourcing service, selecting fabrics based on the type of garment and the client’s guidelines. We present multiple options, each with purchase conditions, allowing the client to choose what best fits their project.
To ensure timely sourcing, we recommend starting this phase at least 1–2 months before the project begins.
Pattern Making and Tech Packs
Our in-house modeling department creates digital patterns from sketches or illustrations. Patterns are developed in the client’s base size and accompanied by a detailed technical sheet, which is essential for moving on to the next steps in production.
3D Modeling

Prototyping
This is where your design starts to come to life. In the prototyping phase, we test the selected materials and the created pattern. The prototype is then reviewed with the client, fitted, and adjusted or corrected as needed to reach the desired outcome.
Sample Collection Development
Once the prototype is approved, we produce sample garments for the collection presentation. These are the final, corrected pieces that serve as references for full-scale production. During this phase, we also calculate average fabric consumption per garment, which helps in budgeting and ordering materials.
Order Collection and Size Grading
After the samples are presented, the client gathers orders and defines quantities and sizes. We handle the size grading based on the required fit and then create CAD marker files to optimize fabric layout for the cutting phase.
Production Management
With the marker files approved, we move to full production. Crea-Si collaborates with a trusted network of partner workshops, capable of handling various quantities, garment types, and fabric categories.
Before mass production, we create a pilot garment to ensure that all processes and instructions are correctly executed. After client approval, full production is launched, including three quality control checkpoints: during production, before ironing, and before final delivery.
