Every year Crea Si trains young students by welcoming them into the company and giving them a first taste of what the world of work will be like.

Students, usually high school or post-graduated ones, have to face different tasks, from general to those more specific, as the stage progresses and are guided by an expert member of company’s staff, who is always ready to help them in case of need.

During the stage, students are asked to express their ideas, their abilities and their doubts and curiosities about the tasks they have to perform, so as to allow both learning and autonomy.

Projects carried out within our company are very different: from sketching, paper pattern making and garment creation to graphic design on PC.
