From order confirmation to pre-production reference garment

After the sales campaign, the quantities for each garment, size, and variant are defined. Based on this information, we develop the size grading and CAD marker planning to calculate the exact amount of fabric required and organize the entire production process efficiently.

At the beginning of production, we create the pre-production reference garment. This is the first garment produced during the manufacturing phase and faithfully reproduces the approved sample.

This garment is:

• internally inspected
• checked for measurements and finishing details
• approved by the client before continuing production

Only after the reference garment has been approved does the full production begin, preventing potential issues from being repeated across larger quantities.

Third-party garment manufacturing and production network

Crea-Si operates as a third-party garment manufacturing partner, managing part of the production internally while coordinating a network of trusted manufacturers and subcontractors. This structure allows us to manage:
