Our tailors are used to work with many kind of fabric. From lighter and delicate fabrics like silk and laces, to heavier and more structured like cottons and denim. Today the ability to assemble a prototype is not given by the technical knowledge of how to sew some pieces together, but by the sensitivity in associating the right processing to the specific type of material.
Synergy between modeler and tailor is an essential value for Crea Si, in order to find a continuous improvement of our product.
- After the making of the pattern, if agreed with the company we vaporize the fabrics and the modeler gives eventual indications for cut costraints or regarding specificities of the material.
- The tailors begin to study the prototype in order to set up the work steps.
- The prototype is put on the mannequin to make interim checks on it with the modeler.
- The finished prototype has to pass a strict measurement control, while the quality control is made during the sewing phase by the tailors.
